AFTER REST is an interactive musical experience that challenges assumptions about rest, acceptance, and the role of the listener/audience/event-goer. At the heart of the evening are two questions: what is a restful space, and what comes next when we allow ourselves to rest? Audience interaction and discussion bookend a candlelit set of original piano music, which can be experienced laying down or comfortably seated.
